Brilliant. Your take on the "AI generated" buzzword soup in the shareholder letter is sooo spot on, total deja-vu! You mentioned winning WBD might still not be enough for PSKY. What's the main obstacle you see there, beyond just the acquisition itself?

@rainbowroxy – Thank your reading and commenting. (I promise to get faster at responding to these, haha). But I did not forget your question! “What is the main obstacle to $PSKY, beyond just the acquisition”. So, my post today (Pitch-Mas Day #2) will be about the what I see as the MANY regulatory obstacles to PSKY getting the deal approved in the U.S. BUT if we imagine they do win WBD, I think PSKY’s biggest threats are still: 1) YouTube and 2) Netflix. I sincerely believe that both YouTube and Netflix have such an insurmountable lead ahead of everyone else in media, that you cannot compete with them without the backing of another “Big Tech” player, such as Amazon, etc. Even Disney I think has a ceiling on its media business and it makes sense they are investing incremental capital in their parks and live experiences. I do not think ANY combination of the current non-tech players would be enough to take on YT or $NFLX. I think the era of publicly traded digital entertainment companies is basically over and everyone needs to find a merger partner, yesterday. Thank you for reading and subscribing!
